As seen on December 2011's  high wind disasters in the San Gabriel Valley, Topco Insurance Agency immediately responded to the incident by releasing a press release on general insurance coverage for wind damages. In addition, David Lin, had requested that each of Topco Insurance location's follow up on every cusomer that had a pending claim and make sure that there weren't any disputes. Making sure our customers are taken care of is Topco Insurance's priority.

Topco Insurance Agency, has been in business for over 13 years and has since expanded to over 6 locations in Southern California. 

Mr. David Lin, Topco Insurance Agency's founder and principal, is crazy about insurance.  He loves to make sure that customers are understands their insurance coverages and it has been rumored that he gave a speech on insurance at his son's wedding.  He is a frequent guest speaker on Southern California's Chinese radio station and the local media and is an active member of the Chinese community in Southern California. He really loves insurance!
